RETURN POLICY

N-SPEC Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our N-SPEC products and want you to be confident in your purchase. Because our rear aero components are specialty automotive parts, please review the following policy before purchasing or installing your product.

30-Day Return Policy

N-SPEC Rear Diffusers and Rear Spats may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and uninstalled

  • Be in new, resellable condition

  • Not have been drilled, cut, sanded, painted, wrapped, modified, or altered in any way

  • Include the original packaging and included hardware, if applicable

  • Have proof of purchase from Nostalgic Auto Sports

Products showing signs of installation, modification, road use, or damage after delivery are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged in transit, defective, or an incorrect item was shipped by N-SPEC.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service when returning an item. N-SPEC is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged during shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping charges and other non-refundable charges, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund.

Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your N-SPEC product before installation, drilling, painting, or modification.

If your diffuser or spats arrive damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A description of the issue

Claims for shipping damage should be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

If the claim is approved, N-SPEC may provide a replacement, replacement component, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Do not install or modify a product that you believe is damaged or defective before contacting us.

Fitment

It is the customer's responsibility to confirm vehicle compatibility before ordering.

Because these are aftermarket exterior components, minor adjustment during installation may be required depending on the vehicle's condition, previous body repairs, bumper alignment, or other modifications.

A product that has been drilled, trimmed, modified, painted, or installed cannot be returned due to fitment concerns unless N-SPEC determines that the product itself is defective.

We strongly recommend performing a complete test fit before drilling, painting, wrapping, or permanently installing the product.

Painted or Custom-Finished Products

Products that have been painted, color-matched, wrapped, customized, or otherwise specially finished at the customer's request are final sale and non-refundable, except in cases where the underlying product is determined to be defective.

Installation & Vehicle Damage

N-SPEC products are aftermarket automotive components and should be installed properly using the supplied instructions where applicable.

Nostalgic Auto Sports / N-SPEC is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Incorrect installation

  • Improper mounting

  • Modification of the product

  • Vehicle modifications or pre-existing body damage

  • Accidents, impacts, road debris, improper use, or normal wear

  • Installation performed contrary to provided instructions

Professional installation is recommended.

How to Start a Return

Before shipping any product back, please contact Nostalgic Auto Sports / N-SPEC with your order number and reason for the return.

Do not send products back without first receiving return authorization.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender.
