These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the N-SPEC website and your purchase of products offered by Nostalgic Auto Sports LLC, including products sold under the N-SPEC brand.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing an N-SPEC product, you agree to these Terms.

1. General Terms

N-SPEC is a product brand of Nostalgic Auto Sports LLC.

By using this website, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and that the information you provide when placing an order is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, or discontinue products when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability issues, or misuse of our website.

2. Products

N-SPEC specializes in aftermarket automotive components, including exterior aero products such as rear diffusers and rear spats.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products. However, actual product appearance may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes, materials, lighting, photography, screen settings, or production revisions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, N-SPEC products are aftermarket components and are not original equipment manufacturer ("OEM") parts.

Vehicle manufacturers referenced on our website are used for identification and fitment purposes only. N-SPEC and Nostalgic Auto Sports LLC are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those vehicle manufacturers unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Vehicle Fitment

Customers are responsible for verifying that a product is appropriate for their specific vehicle before purchasing.

Vehicle condition, previous accident repairs, aftermarket body panels, bumper alignment, modifications, and other factors may affect fitment.

Aftermarket aero components may require minor adjustment during installation.

Always test-fit your N-SPEC components before drilling, cutting, sanding, painting, wrapping, or permanently installing them.

Once a product has been installed, drilled, cut, painted, modified, or otherwise altered, it may no longer qualify for return except where required by applicable law or where N-SPEC determines the product was defective.

4. Installation

Professional installation is recommended for N-SPEC automotive components.

Customers and installers are responsible for ensuring that products are installed correctly, securely, and appropriately for the vehicle.

Nostalgic Auto Sports LLC / N-SPEC is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, incorrect mounting, unauthorized modification, improper use, accidents, impacts, road debris, pre-existing vehicle damage, or failure to follow applicable installation instructions.

5. Pricing

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change product pricing, promotions, shipping charges, or product availability without prior notice.

If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel or refund an affected order.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated as required during checkout.

6. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

We may cancel or limit an order for legitimate reasons including:

  • Product availability

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Payment authorization problems

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Shipping restrictions

  • Orders placed for unauthorized resale

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping estimates provided during checkout or elsewhere on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Please inspect your package and product promptly after delivery.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact N-SPEC within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and visible damage.

Do not install, paint, drill, modify, or discard a product or its packaging while a shipping damage claim is being reviewed.

8. Returns & Refunds

Eligible unused and uninstalled products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Returned products must generally be:

  • Unused

  • Uninstalled

  • Unmodified

  • In resellable condition

  • Returned with original packaging and included hardware, when applicable

Products that have been drilled, cut, sanded, painted, wrapped, installed, damaged, or otherwise modified are generally not eligible for return.

Custom-painted, color-matched, specially finished, or customized products are final sale unless defective or otherwise required by applicable law.

9. Damaged or Defective Products

If you believe you received a defective or incorrect N-SPEC product, contact us before attempting installation or modification.

We may request photographs, videos, measurements, vehicle information, or other reasonable documentation to determine the cause of the issue.

If N-SPEC determines that a product is defective or that an incorrect product was shipped, we may provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, replacement components, repair where appropriate, or a refund.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

10. Product Use & Motorsports

Certain N-SPEC products may be intended for performance, enthusiast, show, track, or motorsports applications.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is legal for use on public roads in their jurisdiction.

Vehicle modification laws vary by state, country, and municipality.

The customer assumes responsibility for complying with applicable vehicle equipment, inspection, registration, safety, and road-use requirements.

11. Assumption of Risk

Automotive modification and motorsports activities involve inherent risks.

By purchasing and using N-SPEC products, you acknowledge that improper installation, vehicle modification, motorsports activity, accidents, impacts, and other conditions can result in property damage or personal injury.

You are responsible for using and maintaining your vehicle and N-SPEC products safely and appropriately.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nostalgic Auto Sports LLC and N-SPEC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, installation, or inability to use our products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

13. Intellectual Property

All N-SPEC branding, logos, original product designs, photographs, graphics, website content, packaging designs, marketing materials, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Nostalgic Auto Sports LLC unless otherwise indicated.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without written permission.

Purchase of an N-SPEC product does not grant rights to reproduce, manufacture, reverse engineer for commercial reproduction, or sell copies of N-SPEC proprietary product designs.

14. Website Content

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on our website accurate and current. However, typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors and update information when necessary.
